Terms of Purchase.
Any commissioned artwork will take time to design and complete. Although I will make every effort to get these to you by any deadline you may require, it will typically require 4 weeks notice before the due date. Don’t let this put you off, as sometimes it can take a lot less time, all you have to do is ask.
You will be kept informed of your projects progress by email when each phase is completed and will make every effort to notify you of any problems should they occur.
Each individual project will require a deposit of at least 25% of their final quoted price, to cover the cost of materials and tools. You can cancel your project anytime but I will not be able to refund the 25% deposit if I have already purchased the materials for your project. If you change your mind before the final stage is complete, any additional money that has been paid over the 25%, up to the full price of the total project, will be refunded in full. Please note that this will not be issued until the due date of the project arrives. You will be given exact details should this unfortunate event occur.
At the final stage of the project, full payment will be required, including postage costs, before the project is completed. You will be informed of this procedure nearer time. The project will be completed as soon as evidence of payment s received but the project will not be sent to you until the payment has been cleared. This can take up to 5 days using Paypal and therefor the final stage of the project will go ahead approximately 1 week before the due date of your project. This process will allow you to make sure you are 100% happy to continue with your purchase before paying the remainder of the total cost.
